Game on!

  1. At Papa, we have a single goal: to get everyone a pal for companionship and care, help with groceries or a pet, a lift to the doc, or a walk around the park.

We’ve built a new category of care to move us all closer to a world where no one has to go it alone. Join us

Values

Our Papa people make us proud. Here’s how we guide our pursuit of our common purpose.

Be a pal

We care. We’re kind. We’re building the future we want for ourselves and our community.

Powered by passion

We’re here for the challenge of our times. This hard work starts with our own well-being.

Many cultures, one vision

We’re open, curious, and human. We know and show that diversity fuels our compassion.

Brave

We push ourselves, each other, and Papa to be better. We’re honest when it’s hard.

Flexible work opportunities

At Papa, you can do meaningful work that makes a difference, either as a full-time employee or as a member of our extended workforce of Papa Pals. While we think our Miami office is pretty cool, if you’d rather work remotely, that’s cool too. No matter where home finds you—Papa people are in 37 states and counting!—you’re 100% part of the team.

Room to grow

We’re growing big time, but our future growth depends on you. In 2021, we went from 200 to more than 650 full-time employees, and our workforce of Papa Pals expanded by several thousand. Papa offers exciting opportunities to work and grow alongside the best and kindest clinicians, engineers, product managers, and more.

Vibe

We take fun seriously. You’ll meet some of your best pals during virtual coffee drop-ins, online art therapy, chair yoga, and the occasional fun run. We host Zooms with industry thought leaders and throw a heck of a party, too. At Papa, you can be yourself while making big-time impact.

What Papa people say

I knew I could use a service like Papa because I have health issues and cannot bend down or walk very well. My Papa Pal Kristin goes above and beyond. She made my Christmas because she made me an amazing green bean casserole that I ate to celebrate!

Brian · Papa member

was I ready to accept help from anyone. I need my Papa Pal Yvette to go to the store and take me to my appointments. No matter what I ask her to do, she does it. She visits and provides companionship.

Margaret · Papa member

The pandemic happened, and all my social activities stopped. I was in a new home with no family close by to help me, and my friends were isolated because of COVID. I cannot wait for my Papa Pals to come each week because they help me stay connected to the outside world. It’s such a wonderful service for me.

A great place to work

You’ll love working at Papa. Take it from the team members that have made us a Great Place to Work for several years in a row. When you join Papa, you’ll feel welcomed, cared for, and proud to tell others you work here.

Great Place to Work

I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community.

People care about each other here.

When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.

Collections come in many forms, from art to games to metaverse and beyond. But amidst all the trends and tricks, it’s important to ask yourself: are you chasing your own desires, or just seeking approval from others? At Papa Inc, we believe in empowering individuals to discover their true passions and pursue them confidently. And speaking of trends, stay on the cutting edge of home decor this fall with iridescent threads and decorative stitching on wooden frames.
